I have been fortunate to have never been in the position of having a windscreen smash on me whilst I have been driving my car. It must be quite an alarming experience to go through and I certainly hope it never happens to me in the future. I do realise that a windscreen replacement can take place in these situations but I don't relish then prospect ofhaving to experience such a frightening incident. I'm sure many people have been in this position though and they have had to rely on emergency windscreen replacement. Customers can call out trained glass replacement teams and they'll come and replace the windscreen wherever the car is waiting.
